As Mother’s Day is approaching us, I think of the many ways my mother has helped me over the years. My mother has quickly become the entire family matriarch and has done so much our family especially during my aunts illness. She has taken over every aspect of my aunts life and at the same time helped me during my own health scare. Plus she still watches over my son while I'm at work. Superwoman indeed.

Our bond is special that we speak to each other daily just to chat. Why is that so special? Well, because we visit each other daily, she lives five houses down from me and we still talk on the phone.
