Thanks to The Hershey Company I hosted Horneando Junta "Cookie Exchange", a fun and delicious cookie exchange to welcome the New Year.
Cookie exchanges are a longstanding tradition in the United States where the host and each of their guests bake and bring a batch of cookies, and then get together to trade and try each kind. Learn your closest friends´ family recipes from back home and introduce them to new ones! After the Horneando Juntas "Cookie Exchange" everyone will leave with plenty of cookies to enjoy, share, and even give as gifts to others.
To help kick off your next Cookie Exchange party try a few of these Hosting Tips:
• Baking an extra special batch with HERSHEY´S® KISSES® brand chocolates and HERSHEY´S® Cocoa to fill the house with the delicious scent of cookies fresh from the oven.
• Bring printed recipes on index card and lay them next to your yummy batch of cookies.
• Be sure to bring enough cookies for everyone on your guest list along with small favor boxes to carry their favorites back home.
• As the host you can request cookie recipes in advance and create a small cookie recipe book as favors for your guest! How sweet is that!
